Toan Ngo

Toan Ngo - CEO of VTQ Solutions and Vice President, VNITO Alliance - representing a network of 140+ tech companies. He is also a prolific speaker and trainer, having led numerous industry-focused training programs and authored more than 70 professional articles.

Khong Loan

Khổng Loan, Founder and Principal of Spokesperson Training Vietnam, empowers executives to become influential corporate ambassadors through strategic communication. With 22 years of media experience, including as Former Deputy Executive Managing Editor of Forbes Vietnam, she brings sharp insight into impactful leadership messaging and hosts TIME: Bloom Synergy and Thức Thời on innovation and resilience.

Long Vuong

Long is the Chief Operating Officer of AGEST Vietnam (AGV) with over 30 years of experience in the business world. In addition, he participates in management science research at the national and organizational levels, lectures, and speaks at universities and conferences on various specialized topics. He also has a broad and influential network within the IT community, professional associations, and academia in Vietnam.

Stephane Masse

Stephane is a seasoned IT Leader with over 30 years of global experience, building IT teams to deliver strategic technical solutions to drive business growth and competitive advantage. Having managed IT departments across Europe, Australia, and Asia, being in Vietnam for 20 years, he built a deep cross-cultural and developed many strong Vietnamese women as strong tech leaders.

Michele Wee

Michele Wee is the Founder & CEO of Who Says I Can’t, a platform dedicated to transformational leadership, diversity-equity-inclusion (DEI) advocacy and female empowerment. Previously, she served as CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam, where she leveraged her nearly 30 years of banking experience to champion sustainable commercial growth and inclusive workplace culture where everyone thrives.

Huong Tran

Huong is the Founder of Pacific Light venture studio, dedicated to supporting founders on their journey. She brings over 15 years of experience operating in both Silicon Valley and Southeast Asia across different stages, from early and mid-stage emerging startups, to Fortune 500 companies serving hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

Happy Nguyen

Happy Nguyen is a distinguished corporate development executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic growth across diverse industries, including IT, Fintech, manufacturing, aviation (Eurocopter), and retail. As the General Director of GeoComply Vietnam, she oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company’s pivotal Southeast Asian hub.

Colin Blackwell

Colin Blackwell, AI consultant & Founder of Hyperion & Enablecode, leading our upcoming workshop on Effective Organization and Management of Workplace AI. He’s the Chairman of the HR Committee at the World Bank’s Vietnam Business Forum, judge for the Vietnam HR Awards, and founder of Vietnam's HR associations.

Quyen is currently Founder & CEO of SHAREWORK Vietnam. She is a visionary leader driving innovation and growth in technology, empowering teams to push boundaries, embrace new ideas, and shape the future of the industry. She is Chairwoman of WTE.

Ngoc Nguyen

Ngoc is Community Director of WTE. Ngoc is currently the Outsourcing Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Vietnam. She is a resilient woman who drives change through entrepreneurship and community engagement, creating impactful solutions and inspiring others to innovate and grow.

An Nguyen (Annie)

As a CEO of Uni8, Annie is a dynamic and adaptable leader who sees opportunities in every situation. Her strong networking skills and strategic vision enable her to develop meaningful solutions that foster connection, drive innovation, and inspire a thriving community spirit. Annie is also Innovation Director of WTE.

Nga Nguyen

Nga is a driven and ambitious individual who pursues success with a positive mindset. As the Operations Manager of DAEU Nextier GDC Vietnam, she is passionate about efficiency and innovation, committed to lifelong learning, and embraces challenges with resilience and optimism. Nga is also Operations Director of WTE.

Dung Bui (Alexandra)

Phuong-Dung Bui is a results-driven and strategically minded leadership professional who currently serves as the Head of Sales Support Hub for Mobility East Asia and an internal intrapreneur at the Bosch Group. Alongside her corporate executive responsibilities, she acts as a Board Member for WIT Vietnam & WTE, advocating for female leadership, mentorship, and digital innovation in the region's rapidly growing technology ecosystem.

Hang Vu

Hang Vu, Director at Amaris Consulting Vietnam, where she leads strategic growth while enabling people and teams to thrive. With over 12 years in consulting and leadership, she has built high-performing teams and delivered impact for global clients. As a Partnership Director of WTE, she aims to strengthen the community and inspire the next generation to see themselves as future leaders.

Anh Thu (Annie Dang)

Annie Dang is a senior Branding and Communications leader with 13 years of experience in financial services and technology. Her work focuses on making the tech industry more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming, especially for women pursuing careers in technology. She is our Communications Director of WTE.

Yen Tang

Yen Tang, Program Director of WTE. Yen Tang is a technology and AI leader driving the vision for AI, data, and machine learning at MoMo, one of Vietnam's leading fintech platforms. With over 15 years across research, applied data science, and technology leadership, Yen's journey - from Applied Mathematics to AI strategy - shows how deep technical rigor becomes real business and social impact.

Thao is a Strategic Technology Leader & Automotive Security Researcher with 16+ years of experience, leading automotive R&D on safety and cybersecurity for autonomous vehicles. She mentors women in STEM and founded T-Cyber Trust Lab to drive secure, resilient smart mobility. She is Community Manager in Danang of WTE.

Ha Truong

Ha Truong is the Partnership Manager at Women in Tech & Women Tech Entrepreneurs and currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager at Thundersoft Vietnam, driving innovative tech growth in Vietnam. Formerly Deputy CEO at Mstar Corp, she led strategic operations and business transformation. She’s passionate about empowering women to pursue continuous learning, growth, and fulfillment in the tech industry.

Huong Vuong (Anna)

Anna is a Senior Account Executive at IMT Solutions with experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and international event management. As Event Manager at WTE, she is committed to creating impactful experiences, strengthening community engagement, and connecting women with opportunities to learn, and grow within the technology and startup ecosystem.

Trang Pham (Ranna)

Trang Pham is Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of Secomm. Selected for Generation Next 2026, Trang aims to contribute to WIT-WTE through program building, ecosystem connections, and knowledge sharing on digital commerce and regional collaboration. She’s Partnership Manager of WTE.

Nhu Nguyen

Nhu Nguyen is a Project Manager at BGSV with a strong software engineering background. Passionate about people development, Nhu fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on ownership, sustainable value. She is Program Manager of WTE. She look forward to learning, collaborating, and creating greater impact together.

Vien Tran

Vien is a Community Coordinator at Women in Tech Vietnam & Women Tech Entrepreneurs, with over 6 years of experience in the IT field. She is excited to contribute her expertise, connect with the community, and, as a true coffee lover, always welcomes a chat over a cup of coffee.
