On May 21, 2026, Women in Tech®Vietnam and Women Tech Entrepreneurs successfully hosted an inspiring Executive Insights session at Mantu Vietnam, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals for meaningful conversations on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and the future of transformation in the AI era.
The session was thoughtfully hosted and moderated by Ms. Hang Vu, Managing Director of Mantu Vietnam, Partnership Director of Women In Tech Vietnam, whose engaging facilitation created an open and dynamic space for insightful discussions, meaningful networking, and knowledge sharing among participants.
We were honored to welcome Mr. Graeme Ogilvie, Senior Partner at Who says I can't , as our featured speaker. With over 25 years of global leadership experience across Financial Services and Consulting, Graeme shared practical and highly actionable insights on how organizations can scale effectively while maintaining operational resilience, customer-centricity, and long-term value creation
💡 Some key takeaways from the session:
Sustainable scaling is not a one-time project, but a continuous daily rhythm
Visionary leadership and people-centered transformation are essential for lasting growth
Customer-centric operations and data-driven decision-making create measurable business impact
AI readiness starts with culture, adaptability, and continuous improvement
Organizations grow faster when teams are empowered, trusted, and aligned around a shared vision
✨ One of the strongest messages throughout the session was that sustainable scaling does not begin with technology, AI, or expensive transformation programs, it begins with a clear and inspiring VISION. As Graeme shared, organizations often focus heavily on systems, KPIs, and operational optimization, while overlooking the importance of aligning people around a shared direction and purpose. Without a strong vision, even the best strategies and technologies struggle to create long-term momentum.
✨Another key concept that deeply resonated with many participants was the idea of building a continuous “rhythm” of improvement rather than relying on short-term transformation campaigns. Sustainable growth is not a one-time initiative, it is a daily operational mindset built through trust, empowerment, accountability, and continuous learning.
✨ A particularly meaningful perspective shared during the fireside discussion was around the human side of scaling and organizational energy. Many organizations today try to scale by accelerating operations, optimizing KPIs, or investing in technology, yet forget that behind every transformation are the people driving it. A burned-out team cannot sustain continuous improvement long enough to create meaningful and lasting growth.
We deeply appreciated the thoughtful questions and valuable perspectives shared by all attendees.
🌸 One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the MOU Signing Ceremony between Ms. Quyen Nguyen, Country Director of Women in Tech®Vietnam , Chairwoman of Women Tech Entrepreneurs , and Ms. Michele W. , Founder & CEO of Who says I can't.
